The owner of Time Saver seven in North Platte found himself in hot water with the Nebraska Attorney General's office. Todd Schwindt agreed to pay $32,000 to three non-profit organizations around North Platte to settle a civil action filed against his business by the AG office. Time Saver seven and two other Nebraska gas stations are accused of selling ethanol as unleaded gas, according to a report from the Lincoln Journal Star. The story noted that court records indicate that the agreement to donate does not represent an admission of wrongdoing.
