The Twin Platte Natural Resources District Board of Directors will hold a public meeting at 4:30 p.m. MST on Tuesday, Dec. 8 at the Lake McConaughy Visitors Center, Nebraska Highway 61, one mile south of Kingsley Dam in Keith County, Nebraska.
