Johanns, a staunch opponent of the current Senate plan who thinks the narrowly passed House plan is worse, will kick off the town halls with an appearance at Southeast Community College, 8800 O St. at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13.

The event will last 90 minutes.

Three more town halls are scheduled that day -- in Lexington (11:30 a.m.), Kearney (3 p.m.) and Grand Island (7 p.m.).
