No love was lost between two brothers Aug. 11 when one stabbed the other with a screwdriver. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert Grimm, 29, of Hershey, for second-degree assault and use of a deadly weapon. A deputy responded to a call reporting a disturbance at the west shore of the Sutherland Reservoir at 4 a.m. He found Robert Grimm sitting his car. Robert told the deputy that he thought he had stabbed his brother David in the ribs on his left side. David reportedly punched Robert in the mouth as he was stabbed. The deputy discovered David laying on his back in a ditch, his hands on his chest. He had a small wound on his left side in the shape of a flathead screwdriver, according to a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson. The deputy learned that the altercation had stemmed from the presence of Robert’s female companion. David reportedly did not care for the woman, and told Robert so. That prompted Robert to retrieve the screwdriver from a vehicle and attack. While at the scene, the deputy observed a minor vomiting by a tree. The minor was cited for MIP.
