Matthew Holsinger, 23, from Baltimore Md.; Trinh Nguyen, 24. from San Jose, Calif.; and Lee Okraski, 32, from Boulder, Colo., were all held on a $250,000 bond after their arraignment Tuesday.

The trio was stopped early Tuesday morning driving westbound down I-80 in a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. The trooper stopped the car for speeding.

After stopping the car, the trooper smelled the odor of marijuana inside. He asked the occupants about it.

Holsinger, the driver, admitted he had marijuana with him.

The trooper then searched the vehicle and discovered 140 grams of marijuana, 120 grams of hashish, more than 1,000 hits of LSD, a number of prescription pills, psilocybin and some white powdery substance that is being tested in the lab.

The NSP also reported that Holsinger had approximately $25,000 cash on him when arrested.

In court Tuesday, Holsinger told Lincoln County Judge Kent Florom that they were moving from Maryland to Colorado.

All three suspects said they intended to hire attorneys and their preliminary hearings were set for July 11.

After determining that they had no local connections, Florom set their bonds at $250,000 each. All three suspects face three Class-III felonies, punishable by a maximum of 20-years imprisonment, a $20,000 fine or both for each count.
